Hi. I'm Emma, nice to meet you. I'm a self-taught baker based in Dunfermline, specialising in celebration cakes, bakes and handmade doughnuts.

All my bakes, including fillings, are made from scratch in my (EHO approved) home kitchen. I'm big into using seasonal ingredients and trying out interesting flavour combinations, but do love a good crowdpleaser too. My cake decor is heavily influenced by decorative vintage cakes, and also by seasonal ingredients, flowers and nature. I take celebration cake orders up 3 months ahead of the date, and wedding cake orders up to a year in advance.

You can find my bakes in various cafes in and around dunfermline. I provide weekly doughnuts at Cafe Wynd in Dunfermline every wednesday, and vegan cakes at The Curator in Markinch & Aberdour, Heaven Scent in Milnathort & Townhill Loch Cafe in Dunfermline every Friday. I also occasionally make mixed bake boxes throughout the year, both for seasonal holidays, and also just for the sake of making tasty things for you to enjoy
