stuffed with homemade raspberry jam and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated retro-style with more Swiss meringue buttercream (you choose the colours!), sprinkles, and a cocktail cherry on top

Tonka Crème Brûlée
tonka bean infused creme diplomat stuffed into a doughnut, sprinkled with sugar, then torched until the sugar is caramelised and crunchy

Tiramisu
handmade ladyfingers soaked in espresso & marsala, with a light zabaglione mascarpone cream, finished with cocoa and a coffee bean

*A note on allergies & other dietary requirements...

All of the doughnuts mentioned are made with dairy, eggs, and gluten as standard.
Everything is made in my kitchen where I handle gluten, eggs, dairy, sesame, nuts, soya & mustard on a regular basis, so may not be suitable for those with severe allergies. Whilst I do my best to avoid contamination, I cannot guarantee zero crossover of allergens.

I have a level 2 food hygiene qualification, and I'm certified to operate by Fife council (last food hygiene inspection Oct 2022).

HOW TO ORDER...
​
I take orders up to three months ahead of the date required. A month is usually sufficient notice for an order, or less for weekday orders, however I'm a one person operation so cannot guarantee a date will be available even with such notice. Also, I occasionally have availability with just a week or so's notice - feel free to get in touch if you want to enquire about a last minute order!

When getting in contact, please give as much information as possible as to what you're after, including the date required.
​
To secure a date, I require a £20 deposit on orders under £100, and a £30 deposit on orders over £100. The deposit goes towards the price of the cake, with the remaining balance to be paid by cash upon collection, or by bank transfer prior to collection.
The deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer - this is due to the loss of business from turning other orders away for the date booked.
If the order has to be cancelled by myself due to, for example, illness, then the deposit will be fully refunded.
